EMPIRE TOWERS BUILDING IV
Building IV, a three-story, 80,000 square foot office building, was completed in 2004. It is constructed utilizing the same architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and wall systems as the previous buildings. Each building on the campus is designed to provide a consistent exterior architectural appearance using the same colors and materials. In additions, the buildings are unique in treatment of glass and corner detailing as well as interior public lobbies.

EMPIRE TOWERS BUILDING III
Building III us a three-story, 78,000 square foot building utilizing a steel, moment-frame superstructure, concrete and metal deck floor and roof assemblies, exterior insulation foam system (EIFS), glass and aluminum curtain walls, and expanded technology infrastructure systems. The building was fast-tracked through a design/build process and completed in thirteen months from initial design to occupancy.
